At present we ship to following countries:

North America: USA, Canada

Europe: UK, Eurozone

Gulf: All states

Asia: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Macau, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam

Australasia: Australia (temporarily halted due to covid surcharges on shipping), New Zealand

Once we dispatch your order, we will be updating the system with the tracking number given by the courier service. You will be receiving the tracking number and tracking link through the email confirmation of your order completion. 

We will be shipping the goods from Sri Lanka, hence your purchase may be subject to customs duties or taxes which Arwa Shawl will not be responsible for.

Considering the value of the products on this site, in most countries your shipment is unlikely to be charged with customs duties.

In the event customs duties are applicable, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. You are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures.

Duty to the US: while we cannot confirm the duty that might be charged, you may obtain an indication through this resource site

When will I have to pay duty?: The actual process of customs clearance is usually handled completely by the delivery company (e.g. FedEx, DHL); If there is any duty (import tax) or other charges to pay, the courier will usually pay it first and deliver the products to you, and you pay the costs later.

Sales tax: At present, we do not charge any sales tax to international orders at the checkout process

If there are delays are challenges in your location, we may refuse or refund your order.

We get constant feedback from our shippers with regards to areas in lockdown, which may face delays. 

During such times, we temporarily halt shipments to those locations due to delays or higher shipping costs. 

We strongly recommend that you provide a physical address to facilitate order delivery. Please check with our support prior to placing the order and we will confirm on a case by case basis 

Once the order is placed, we may have to invoice you for a remote location charge, if the courier service advices so.

In which case, your shipment will be held back until you make the payment or we will be compelled to refund the purchase and cancel the order.
