Will I be charged if I refuse a cash on delivery order?
If a customer refuses an order which has been ordered on Cash on Delivery, the customer is expected to pay both the delivery and return delivery charges amounting Rs 600. Which is payable to the delivery agent directly.
Failure to honor payment will result in blacklisting of your credentials on our platform.
If the product is damaged or the wrong product, you are not required to pay the delivery charges.
